Brad Hedrick is a licensed Master Electrician in the State of Virginia. He has over 38 years experience in the construction industry and over 30 years as an independent electrical contractor.
He also has a degree from Mary Washington College in Historic Preservation with a concentration in architectural conservation.
In addition to being a full-service electrician capable of performing commercial, residential as well as light industrial projects.
He is also able to perform Historic House Assessments and can make recommendations regarding tax credits or placing your property on the National Register or the Virginia Landmarks Register.
Able to perform most types of electrical installations to include, but not limited to; branch circuit wiring, heavy-ups, appliance and HVAC connections, low voltage, signaling, Cat-5 wiring, satellite TV, intercom, Smart Home wiring, pools, hot tubs and spas, as well as commercial and light industrial work.
Worked on several projects that are National Register Properties and are in compliance with the Secretary’s Standards for Rehabilitation. Careful to preserve as much of the historic fabric as possible in the execution of all work.
Can also rebuild light fixtures as well as restore historic lighting systems. Where items are of historic interest, every effort is made to retain them while not compromising safety.
